Windows & Doors done...she floats!
The windows and doors are done and now the cabin is water tight! Saturday and Sunday, we were able to finish framing in and installing all of the windows. Today we worked on framing and building in both of the exterior doors. Trying to get them plumb so that the doors open and close easily is a small task. A few shims here and there and we were good to go! I spent the rest of the afternoon using spray foam insulation to weather seal the windows from the inside and Bob was able to trim several windows and both doors outside. He'll be on his own tomorrow with more trim work and possibly starting on electrical. I'll be grocery shopping because my kids still like to be fed even though we're building a house!
